Today I will tell you How to Online Conversion Application West Bengal Land & Land Reforms Department. Let’s start…
STEP 1. For Online Conversion Application West Bengal Land & Land Reforms Department, First you need to Open West Bengal’s Land Reform’s Official Website “BanglarBhumi.gov.in“.
Just Click Here and you can directly visit the Website. When you visit the website click on “Online Application” then click on “Conversion Application” to open the application form.
STEP 2. After clicking on “Conversion Application” you can see this type of Land Conversion Application form. You can see here some blank areas for inputting your details.
You fill in the all information about your Area, Mouza, Name, Address, Plot Details, and Others. So fill this data correctly.
STEP 3. Here is the first section, You fill in the data of your District, Block, and Mouza correctly. Don’t give any wrong details.
If you fill in some wrong details your application will be rejected by Land Department.
STEP 4. Now you click on “Particulars of the Applicant” (It’s already open on the page, if not then click on this) and fill in Applicant Description.
You need to fill in Applicant Type, Applicant Khatian, First Name, Last Name, Address, Conversion Purpose, Aadhaar Card, etc.
The important part is you must fill valid e-mail ID, and Valid Mobile number, after then you get an OTP(one-time password) and put the OTP in the OTP section (see the image). After filling in all detail we can go to the next step.
STEP 5. It’s the Plot Details Part, In this section, you fill all the information about the plot.
See the image, (1) First, you click on the (+) Button to open Add Record Box, after clicking you can see a box open on the page
(2), In Add Record section you fill plot information Khatian No., Plot No., Existing Classification and Area of the Plot, After filling in all the data click on Submit button.
STEP 6. After filling in the plot information click on “List of Enclosures” and fill in the captcha code (see image) and click on the checkbox to agree on the agreement & declaration.
STEP 7. Now it’s time to check the detail you give in the form, don’t make any mistakes in the form, if you find any wrong data then edit now.
After checking all details or making all details correct now you can “Submit” your form. (see the image)
Congratulations, You submit the form correctly. You can receive a confirmation email or massage to your email id & mobile about your Conversion Application.
