How to apply Online Pradhan Mantri Shram Yogi Maan-Dhan (PM-SYM)?
Application Step: 1 – First You have to Visit Labour & Employment’s Official Website to Know All about PM-SYM Yojana.
After Know everything to PMSYM CSC Portal For New Application. [Click this link to Apply : pmsym.csccloud.in]. After visiting, this website clicks on “CLICK TO GET STARTED] shown in the picture.
Application Step: 2 – On this page, you have to give your CSC User ID and Password and Click on the “SIGN IN” button.
[This is not for all citizens, Only people who have CSC User ID and Password, will fill out the application form.]
Application Step : 3 – After Signing in to the website, you can see some options on top. Click on “New Enrollment” for New Application. [See the photo]
Application Step: 4 – After clicking on the “New Enrollment” button, you will this some options to fill in data. You have to fill in all details with the correct information. [don’t make any mistakes fill in all data carefully].
After filling, in all data click on the “Checkbox” of the Agreement option. Now click on “Generate OTP” [Before you click on Generate OTP check the mobile number properly].
Application Step: 5 – After clicking on Generate OTP check your mobile number and wait some time for getting your OTP.
After receiving OTP, write on OPT section and Click on “Verify OTP” for verification of your mobile number and other details.
Application Step: 6 – Here is an important part of the Application, Now you have to Verify the Person who applies for this Yojana.
You can do this in 3 ways
1. OTP,
2. FINGERPRINT
3. IRIS.
The fingerprint is the best option if you have a Biometric Device. Complete this step as you want to do. This is an important part so do this very carefully.
Application Step: 7 – Here is the biggest part of the application because in this section you see a big form to fill up. In this section, you fill data into 3 parts
1. Basic Details of Subscriber 2. Account Details 3. Nominee Details.
These 3 Options are very Important first fill in all the Basic information of Subscribers. Then fill in Bank account details and Verify Bank and IFSC Code. Then fill in the Nominee Details.
All this information is very important to fill correctly all data. Now time to Payment Give your a “Wallet Number” and click on the “SUBMIT” Button for Payment.
Application Step: 8– After successful payment, you can see this page and you get a “SPAN ID”, this ID is important for PMSYM Card generation.
Now download the “Mandate Form” Fill out this form and scan it on your computer.
Application Step: 9 – Now time to Upload Scan document and form. Scan all documents and Upload them all carefully. Before uploading files Optimize your scan documents.
Application Step: 10 – After uploading all files you see the PMSYM Card. You can download the Card Click on the ” Download PM-SYM Card” Button [See the photo].
After downloading print the card and give this card to the application person.
